Refund Policy

Eligibility
Refunds apply to paid Saasdatabridge program seats and retainers confirmed in a written invoice or enrolment confirmation. Informational prices on this website alone do not create a payment obligation.
Timeframe
Full refund requests must reach us at least 14 calendar days before the cohort start date stated on your confirmation. Requests inside that window are assessed for partial credit only.
Full and partial refunds
Cancellations 14+ days before start: full tuition refund minus any non-refundable deposit stated on the invoice. Cancellations inside 14 days: up to 50% credit toward a later cohort within 12 months, unless mandatory consumer law provides stronger rights.
Non-refundable items
Completed Orientation Hours, downloaded replay bundles after access is granted, and third-party fees (if any) listed separately on an invoice are non-refundable.
Refund process
Email info@saasdatabridge.digital with your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and state the outcome within ten business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days after approval. Bank transfer refunds may require IBAN confirmation.
Cancellation by Saasdatabridge
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to the next available date.
Exceptions
Documented medical emergencies and statutory cooling-off rights for consumers (where applicable under German law) are handled case by case and may override the timelines above.
